We retail Sinclair Eon ice flashlights, brand new inkjet cartridges by Jet Tec International Ltd (100% compatible) for the following makes of printers: Epson, Canon. We sell LDCM chip resetters for the latest Epson ink cartridges. LDCM refillable inkjet cartridges (with auto chip reset) gets over the ink sensor problem refilling original Epson ink jet cartridges, LDCM continuous Ink supply systems, for Canon amd Epson printers.
All the products we sell are 100% guaranteed to suit the purpose they were designed for, if you find otherwise we will give a full refund including postage for any unused and undamaged goods returned to Laser Designs.
We accept Cheque, Postal Order, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Solo, through our secure Protx on-line shopping cart, we also accept Paypal transactions, for telephone orders, just ring your order through or fax with your card and order details .
All orders received before 2 pm are normally dispatched by courier service or Royal Mail for next working day delivery (UK only) sometimes in rare circumstances beyond our control we can not guarantee this service, although every effort will be made to do so.
Postage is Free! in the UK and to the EU. We give an automatic 5% discount for on-line orders over £100.00 in value. For orders outside the EU please e-mail for shipping and insurance charges which are based on Royal Mail Air Mail or charges made by an export shipping company. There are no hidden extras the price you see is what you pay

If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately giving as much information as possible, all damaged or faulty goods will be replaced by the equivalent product. Tel: 01507 568390 (answerphone after hours). You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting from the day after the day you receive your goods. We will fully refund money paid for products returned to us with seals intact and in their original packaging.

Overseas customers: we are a UK based business, all the goods or services on our web site are priced in GBP £ pounds sterling and will be billed in GBP £ pounds sterling, if you are paying by credit/debit card this may effect the amount you pay depending on the exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.
Please note: all goods despatched overseas by Royal Mail Air Parcel Post are at the overseas buyers risk for delivery we obtain a proof of posting document from Royal Mail at the time of shipping, the customer will be emailed a copy of the document if the goods fail to arrive on time.
